The presence of a penis does not make one a boy/guy/man. The presence of a vagina does not make one a girl/woman. While a lot of people will say that penis = man, vagina = woman in order to continue saying things like this, that doesn't change the fact that there is a substanstial minority for who this doesn't hold true, including many who were born with neither a penis nor a vagina (though most of them were surgically mutilated to have one or the other by doctors obsessed with the idea that sex and gender MUST fit into a neat little binary, which it doesn't).
